The Isle of Seil is reached by the lovely old Clachan Bridge dating from 1792 - one of the few "bridges across the Atlantic". This is a very peaceful area, yet it is an easy run to Oban, a popular tourist town offering good leisure facilities as well as a choice of restaurants and trips to the islands by ferry. This scenic corner of Scotland attracts walkers, ornithologists, wildlife enthusiasts, photographers and artists. For family fun, there is a 9 hole golf course nearby, and a putting green a couple of miles away.
